Has anyone? I have recently done a honey brew and bottled yesterday. I primed some with honey and some with sugar to compare (also primed some with maple syrup for shiggles)

Will this work? what can I expect? Will it take along time to condition? These and more questions coming up next time...... (it is friday night :drink: )

priming the individual bottles would be a pain in the ****, would probably be best batch priming.
heres a few videos on a guy who has replaced the 1kg of sugar for 1kg of honey when making a brew, the first vid is of him making it, the one below is him tasting the brew.

he's a bit over the top but he's really easy to follow and understand. it must be something in the water over there!

i made a coopers lager 2 days ago and put in a squirt of honey, maybe about 100ml, wont be able to taste it probably but it felt good!
