It's finally finished fermenting!!

Tonight is bottling night. What priming rate would you use for one of these? I'm thinking probably as low as 2 or 3 grams per litre...

...it's going to mature for a very long time so I guess there will be some residual hard to use sugars that will be utilised over the years on top of the priming load that I use?

Suggestions please!
 
Much the same as I like them then!

1.5vols is coming in at around 2.5g/l. Roughly my initial hunch so I'll go with that...
