Priming beer in bottles can't get temp over 21.

Hi everyone just a quick question. Just bottled darkrock bosses boss. It says first 4 days keep temp at 24 degrees then move to a cooler place. Problem is the warmest place in the house is only 21. Will it make much difference? Cheers.

As long as the temperature is within the yeast's working range then you're fine, so 21 degrees should be no problem. When I bottle condition I put them in the cupboard under my stairs and leave them there for a couple of weeks. It's about 18-20 degrees in there unless we're having a hot spell of weather.
 
I often condition my bottles in the basement at 15-16 C (winter). They condition fine, just might take an extra week for full carbonation. At 21 C there are no concerns at all, maybe an extra day or two compared with 23-24 C. You're fine.
 
Carbonate and condition are 2 different processes.
True, but there is also overlap. It's not like it stops carbonating on day 14 and begins conditioning. Carbonation will gradually fade out, and conditioning will gradually happen even before it's finished carbonating.

For me at least, there is no practical difference as "carbonation and conditioning" equates to "stick them in a cupboard/garage and come back when they are ready". I suppose there is more difference if you force-carbonate
 
to Answer the op
I think you will need to keep them somewhere warm for longer than 4 days. Keep them for 10 days and then try one. See how well carbonated it is then go from there.
It will take a lot longer to carbonate in colder temps
