I recently made a beer it is clear but I do have some bits floating in the fermenter (mainly the top I think its off the kraussen) I wanted to know if I filter it into primed bottles would the yeast still be able to carbonate it properly..

I planned to use a microfilter for this. I really do not want to take the floating bits into the bottles or can anyone suggest a different way.

depends on the filter- if its fine enought o remove yeast then yeah priming will need new yeast
personally if ur that fussed leave it a week, or rack it into a secondary fv that will drop or dissolve in the crud- tbh though doubt the big lumps would stay together in long enough to affect the clarity of the bottled stuff even if u bottled now
