Price comparisons

I've noticed a few whopping price differences between certain places while on the hunt for bits and pieces to build my brewery...

Flux

B&Q : £8.48

Screwfix : £3.99


Pipe Cutter

B&Q : £11.98

Screwfix : £3.28


Cheapest 2mm drill bit

B&Q : 2 for £3.78

Screwfix : 10 for £1.86

Thing is, apparently they are both owned by the same company!!

Screwfix are pretty good on prices... be a little careful. I know its been said before in here already today, but you generally get what you pay for. I've had drill bits from screwfix that shatter.

Having said that, B&Q should be shot for the prices they charge!

I'm going for the pack of 10 drill bits on the assumption that a few will break :lol:

Since copper is so soft, I'm not too worried about the drill bit quality :whistle:
