Hi there you jolly brewers, In April I bottled some damson wine (tastes gr8) to condition, I noticed today its fizzing and pressured the bottle (second fermentation i think????) I degassed by shaking few times last month before bottling should i hav added a cadmen tablet to stop the yeasties??? it tastes lovley but fizzy wine shall i leave fizzy?? :hmm: :idea: :drink:
