I am aware that there are several threads regarding PBs, however I have a couple of specific queries that I'm hoping can be answered here.
I have just been given a Pressure Barrel from someone who no longer uses it,
so firstly, if I use it for Priming and Drinking straight from the Barrel, I would add the sugar at the start, but can I top up with more sugar as the Carbonation level drops or does it need to be done with a co2 cartridge.
Secondly, if I prime in Barrel can I then transfer to Growlers, bottles and mini kegs, to drink later.

Thanks guys.

Yes.. although I never tried the last bit. You can even carb it straight away with c02 and do away with the sugar.
I was thinking more that I could do without co2 and just sugar, less expense.

Yes no problems...you'll have to keep it somewhere warm for a couple of weeks.
Yeah I thought it would be the same as bottle in terms of temps and storage time, but wasn't sure if I could top up with more sugar once it is a bit flat. And would it stay carbonated if transferring to Growers and bottles.
