Post boil hop question

Hi mates

I've got a load of cascades to whack in at the end of my APA, AG #4, which is boiling away nicely. I guess I've left this a bit late to ask, but with hops added post boil, do you throw them in then chill after 10 mins (e.g.) ? or chill right away after you've put them in? Or something in between?

Actually I've just found this (isn't it walways the way !) which tells me pretty much what I need to do, but any other advice welcome too!
