Go this on the go as of yesterday, hoping for great things...

1ltr WGJ
1ltr posh Innoccent apple juice
1ltr Pure pomegranite (POM 86% pomegranite, 14% blueberry) (£3.68  )

700 grams sugar
pectolase
tannin (tea)
citric
nutrient
Vintners CL23 yeast

WGJ and apple juice with all the usual suspects to start. Will then pitch the POM after initial ferment. I'm hopin for a good one. Bluberries and pomegranite both make nice wines. So have forked out for a posh apple juice and even posher pomegranite and blueberry. Around £6.50 all in all  Fingers crossed

That sounds like its going to be a winner.

I have just bottled my first ever Pomegranate WOW and it is by far the best WOW i have made/tasted, i started another two DJ's as soon as i could get more juice.

rackd and fined this last night. It fermented out in 8 days so I left it on the leys for a week or so. Smells and tastes lovely at this stage, but obviouslly very young. Its going to be a bugger to clear tho as I used posh Innoccent apple juice, and yes, it was the cloudy stuff

not very good this one. Tastes bitter and is the colour of coffee. The posh apple juice overpowered it all :nah:

Let us know what you think.

Edit to post above -

Give mine above a try , haven't had a negative comment yet, well that's not strictly true as the wife has said it is too strong and a couple of large glasses put her to sleep especially after a late shift, i have now reduced the total amount of sugar to 950g and i have been informed by a member here that this will give me just over 11% when the DJ is topped up to the bottom of the neck (4.9 litres)
