Hello

I still have loads of frozen plums from last year. Can anyone recommend a decent recipe please. Have a few apples to chuck in the mix too.

Although we gave up on stoning the plums fairly quickly.

Thanks for your reply and will keep the recipe for another time. Instead I chucked in about 5 pounds of plums, a couple of pounds of apples and a pound of chopped raisins to see what we get.

Stoning the plums was easy after thawing the fruit.
