If Norsk is what I've always known as Høg Norsk, then it's a kolsch yeast. Very useful as it'll ferment into the high twenties without off flavours. I used it to good effect in a cold IPA. A little slow to clear and not a solid deposit in the bottle, but I've had much worse. A fine yeast on the whole.

You've inspired me to get on with a project I shelved a year ago. I, too collected samples of English hops I'd never tried before including Olicana, Jester, Opus, Ernest and some really rare ones from "A Bushell of Hops".
Talking of which, I understand one of the owners there had an accident and they suspended business for that year, but hoped to be back this year. it looks, from their website, as if they're not back, Does anyone know what the situation is there before I pester the with a enquiry?

Ernest is a lovely hop, I make a nice (I think) ernest and bramling x pale.
 
Is Atlantic any good?

I was gifted a pack as a freebie in my last Cross My Loof order, I've since fallen in love with kveik and pretty much use that for everything (beer wise) now, but I'm leaning towards opening the Atlantic...
 
I love CML yeasts, but Atlantic wasn't one of my favourites. Not a flavour issue. I'll have to look back through my notes to see what the issue really was.

It was a flavour issue. Slight POF, and not dry enough. Probably a fine yeast but just not to my taste. Got a few so I'll try using them at the cooler end of the spectrum,

Kviek voss when fermented high gives me concentrated orange juice, but when fermented lower gave me melon & peach. Whilst I don't like melon& peach usually, this was just as good in a different way

I've only used Hornindal so far, I'm fermenting at a steady 33c which is giving off pineapple in spades and a little grapefruit. My first foray with it just gave a hint of fruitiness but that wasn't temp controlled.

I used Cross My Loof general ale for a while and before that their California Common for everything, that was always very neutral but lead to mediocre beer. Likely more due to my process than their yeast, but since I've been doing things 'properly' I'm a bit reticent to try a new variable.
 
Is Norsk, K-98 then? Kolsch yeast with similar Hospital Green packaging.

I'm finding K-98 really brings out the citrus element of hops.
