Plate Chiller question

I have just bought a plate chiller from Brewbuilder, the chiller came with no labels for wort or water lines in/out.
I know that it's water one side and wort the other flowing on opposite directions but is there any technical reason which side should be water and which wort.
I emailed them with that question and got a plan of the chiller but if I hold it the chiller the other way round it could be the opposite connections?

Does it matter?

Agreed. I always run wort on the same side, but you could change it up every brew day if you wanted
