Hi everyone, I've got a question about Pinters, having just been given one as an early Father's day present I've looked online for the brew kits to use in them and wasn't best pleased with the prices, so my question is as anyone scaled-down a 23 ltr kit to suit the pinter if so what are the best ratio's (other than the obvious) to work to? tia and may the Wort be with you, cheers Dave

Could you scale up a kit and split it between the pinter and your standard fermenting method?

Lots of people on the Pinter FB groups split 40 pint kits into 3 and buy a couple more yeast packets.
Ive not bothered yet doing that yet, I’ve just used the two kits it came with plus just finished their Weiss beer, all have been good and tasty.
if I wanted to do a 40 pint kit I’d just do that in my normal fermenter.

That didn't really answer the question, what about the amount of sugar, we all know what to use to make 40 pints but thanks anyway
