Anybody done a no boil brew?

This is on my to do list. Made a no boil stout on Friday and doing a simcoe pale later.

I made this a while ago. Soo easy to make, took about 3 hours instead of 6.
Tasted great, looked terrible and gave me a stinkin hangover after only 1 or 2 glasses.

Its still sitting in a keg and tempted to try it again. It should have cleared a bit now, it was looking like a brown milkshake at first! I tried it twice and both times the next morning I felt aweful, not 100% sure it was this beer but seems pretty likely.

I have a free space in the keezer so will give it another try... if its still bad Ill pour it out and maybe give it another shot

It should not be brown. Oxidised perhaps?

Better head retention/lacing. Grainy flavour.

Ye, pretty sure something went wrong. I plan to try it again as it was soo simple and should be a good beer. TBH it did taste great and not too fussed about how it looks, its the next morning that really hurt!
