Hi Everyone, I've been lurking here for a while now, as I've only been brewing since my brother in law got me and my husband the basics for Christmas! I've done a Youngs Bitter, Woodfordes Wherry (preferred the latter which I tried for the first time this week, tastes a bit like bathales Gem :thumb: ) and have a Lion's Pride fermenting at the moment. I prefer ale whereas my husband really likes Pilsner - any recommendations for a decent pilsner kit? I'm lucky in that here in Bristol we have a brew shop, as well as one in nearby Keynsham (www.homebrewcentre.co.uk) who have been great in helping out two complete novices! The benefit of all of your wisdom would be greatly appreciated! Cheers

Muntons Premium Gold Continental Pilsner is a great kit, use Saflager 23 yeast and ferment at about 15C makes a cracking lager.

Brupaks Beers of the World have a couple of really good pilsner kits as well.
