Anyone got experience with Pilot hops?
I got some in an assorted/cheap hops order, they're 2017 UK hops but have been vacuum sealed and still look/smell OK.
Aroma is quite noticeable Lemon/spice so I'm thinking of trying them in a Maris Otter SMASH with either a Belgian or Saison yeast, and perhaps a small quantity in an ESB alongside Bramling cross and some Fuggles.
Interested to hear if anyone else has tried these as I'm just going by the smell and description on the packet at this point (what could go wrong!
