pH Meter Recommendations

Anyone got any recommendations for pH meters?
I dont really want to spend more than £50 and preferably would be looking to spend less than £25 if there are reasonable options available at that price point. I assume litmus paper isnt a good enough solution? :)

I use Hanna instruments, good, reliable, reasonably priced and their showroom is close by, any problems and their technicians can sort them out.

I find the beer PH test strips (4.6-6ph) to be a useful indicator. Of course nowhere near as accurate as the Hanna instrument mentioned above, but it provides useful confirmation for my purposes.
