Am thinking of making a Perle IPA (as this is the only Hop that I've got in sufficint quantity to brew with) or will this be (for wont of a better word) rubbish?
I did an all perle at easter and it was amazing, I loved it so would defo recommend it.
As for the Citra, im not sure as I have never used them.
What I have found is that Bobek really do go well with Perle. I did a perle/bobek brew in May and its long gone, going to rebrew it, the first I have ever rebrewed!
As you can see I also added gorse blossom but i'm pretty sure that was overpowered by the bobek/perle combo.
I bittered with centennial but as ive had them a while id say the IBU was closer to 40.
