Well after lurking here for some time and picking up more tips than I could use in a lifetime I thought it was probably wise to pop in and say hello :D

I've been brewing wine of various hues over the last 18 months with a reasonable degree success. I currently have 2 gallons of WOW on the go, one with finings adhering stubbornly to the side of the DJ and one going like the clappers in the brew cupboard.... hope to be drinking at least one of them fairly soon. In the meantime I have 30 bottles of Australian Blend Pinot to keep me and the good lady going for a while :drunk:

So hi to all and down the hatch

Can I borrow a cup of sugar ...?

Now hedge clipping wine, there's a thought :wha:
Unfortunately that ain't the radio, it's the sound of a multitude of Demijohns bubbling in perfect harmony, you could almost call it a DJ mix

Can I borrow a cup of malt? ;)
Ah, being a wine brewer (well so far anyway) the only Malt I have is of the Scottish Single variety, pop over and share a dram :drunk:
