Two batch's of pear started.
30 lbs of pears cored and chopped
8 lbs sugar
3 tsp pectin enzyme
3tsp nutrient
1tsp tannin
3tsp acid
1118 yeast
sg 1080


Batch two
same as above except added ten pounds of peach's.
My primary is pretty full<gg>. Mike
