Collecting the peapods just now as I'm going to give this one a try.

Have peas growing in the garden so will make 1 gallon and report back. May be start in a few days. ;)

Be interesting thats for sure.

Also seems we may get a lot of raspberries and blackberries so more wine on the go. Tayberries should also be good for wine as they are more acidic.
 
You need a heck of a lot of pea pods!! I had a large carrier bag full and that was still no enough comapared to the recipes so i made mine into a grape juice and peapod wine.
