I have maxed out my recieving limit for paypal ( personal account), so I'm also taking this as a time to have a break as I have been very busy recently. I will carry on making things again around the end of September and that will reopen my paypal account  .
So if you have ordered anything from today it's in the process of being built but won't be taking new orders until October so get saving up ;)

Also anyone have a business account on paypal? what are the costs and does it allow for higher limits of receieving monies? is it worth it?

Yes got yours :thumb: it was the one before yours that made paypal send alarm bells to me! Warning of having to investigate all accounts that recieve over £1200 within a year for money Laundering, got me worried then yours hit and they said I have maxed out @ over £1600  eek! time to lay low for a while

Dirt! Keep an eye out the window for the Feds mate, there on to you! Lol :D

I had my eye on one of your hop hammers! Don't think Mrs LB would let me get one after shelling out for an 80L tun. ;)

Should get my bank card back by oct! Lol

Nick is to be henceforth known as 'mr big', king of the money launderers!
Nice one though nick, glad to see you're doing so well!

Don't be overly worried about it M8.

They are simply following the new banking rules post 911.

Once You've been through Their verification process which is not really a major hassle You'll be able to receive monies again.

I've experienced the same, as BZ says once you have been through the verification process they will leave you alone :thumb:

Roger that, the business accounts even give you better rates for receiving cash once you get over £1.5k/month (last time I checked) - and if you treat it well, after a couple of years they automatically give you the benefit of the doubt, which means disputed payments aren't automatically "held" from your account.

rather than stopping completely, why not pm your account # and sort code to your customers? they can then do an instant (faster payments) payment into your account..

I have been using both else this would of come up long time ago :thumb:
Everything seems to be sorted with them now. Thank god

Will certainly look into different account with them. sounds good if I can get a website and have orders direct through that :thumb:
