Parsnip wine

Used the recipe in the link and bottled it after 5 months racked. It's so good I have started another batch today and will do one more tomorrow.

I‘ve racked it once, but I think it going to need another one or possibly two racks before it’s clear enough to bottle.

Absolutely delicious. It's a bit like a sherry. I've 2 more demijohns racked in the garage :)
