I started a 2 gallon brew of parsnip wine on 2/1/24
Fermentation was in a plastic FV before transferring to the glass demi johns.
I filled one demi john but did not have enough to fill the second; so added a liter of apple and ginger juice form the supermarket to make up the difference.
Fermentaion has gone well and now finished.
The first demi john is very clear but the one with the apple and ginger juice is still cloudy.
Any thoughts on clearing it? Finings? Or should I not bother and congratulate myself on a cloudy parsnip wine?
Thanks folks
Matt
