Today I'm going to try and recreate a beer I saw being described in an interview with one of the guys from Stone Brewing Co.
I've got a huge bag of parsley, a tin of pale malt and I have a bag of Columbus hops.
I've only done 3 brews before and I'm pretty out of practice.
My questions are 1) How much of the Columbus Hops should I use, and how? 2) How much sugar should I use?
I'd like it to be light and refreshing but quite strong at the same time.
