As anyone brewed a beer just using the high alpha hop Pacific Gem. As ive just recieved 100grms from Barley Bottom and i dont know what to use them on.
 
I 've just done a brew where I've used them for aroma in a stout. Its not ready yet tho but i 'll keep you posted.
