2nd brew in two days:mrgreen:.Last one until after Xmas however.
Partial mash bitter, 6 litre brew.
75 minute mash. 60 min boil.
415 grams Irish pale Malt
454 grams liquid extract
60 grams crystal malt 140L
35 grams flaked maize
6 grams W.Goldings 60 min
6 grams Bramling X 30 min
4 grams each fuggles and EKG at turn off
1/2 p[rotofloc tablet 15 min
1/2 pack CML ale yeast re hydrated
expected ABV 4.14%

Into the Fv and on the nail with the OG. 1.040, looking at FG of 1.009,IBU 36.17 and SRM .11.56 CML yeast pitched:)
