Ok cool I'll bear that in mind and just leave it be. That's one of the reasons I've done these couple of wines, seems silly not to give a couple a go seeing as once you have done the primary on the fruit I can just chuck it in a d.j and kinda forget about it and they cost next to nothing to make. Thanks kelper
 
My country wines are always slow, especially towards the end. A lot of recipes would have you ferment for several months. If you still see tiny bubbles at the surface, it's still fermenting. With an OG of 1.110 ordinary yeasts will stop ar 14 or 15%.
