Whilst racking my latest white wine I slightly disturbed the sediment.

Should I let it settle again or bottle the 'cloudy' wine and hope it settles again in the bottle?

If it were me I would let it settle. Or if you have filter put it through that then bottle:wink:

If you bottle it as soon as you pour it it will become cloudy, you can drink it as it is it will do you no harm, I have drunk cloudy wine in the past, the other alternative is to let it settle in the DJ and rack again.
