I believe Graham Wheelers latest book has a recipe for Old Speckled Hen. However I don't own a copy - perhaps someone who does will be along in a bit and can help you out.

Hi, I'm a newcomer to this (any) brewing forum and relatively new to 'real grain' brewing. Down here in Australia it is difficult to find somewhere selling Old Speckled Hen, so I thought I'd try to make some myself - so I was wondering whether you would be so kind to send me a copy of your recipe.
