Oktoberfest

Hello,. I have run an oktoberfest for two years running now brewing my own beer. I have tried 2 different sorts of kits gozdawa. German lager and oktoberfest special from. Homebrew. Just wondering what others. Do or would recommend.

I brewed both the Traditional and Modern Oktoberfest beers from Gordon Strong's Modern Homebrew Recipes book (all grain) Both were excellent and distinct.
