I would check it with a hydrometer before doing anything else. It may be done.

Na I tasted it on Saturday and it just tasted like water.

If it hasn't fermented it ought to taste sweet.

So I got a hydrometer...do not know how to use it but the reading was on the black line and the instructions say that means to bottle your beer :P
Is that right?

Just sterilising my bottles now!

Assuming you did add some sugar for the yeast to work on, then if the hydrometer instructions say your reading means 'bottle beer' then it's ready

Don't forget to prime the brew when it's bottles or you'll have flat beer :sick:
