Hi all
I have not had time to brew since last October. I have an odd work pattern.

Any how I finally found a company in France that sells Malt in 25kg bags. It's strange that In one of Europe's biggest malt producing countrys it can be so hard to find at a realistic price !

Any way it's here now as is my Saaz and Goldings plus a new stainless steel 33L pot. Roll on Sunday !

Saaz and goldings. Yep you read it right. I have a sinister plan...

Just trying out different hops really. Up till now I have only used challenger. Now after four ish years I'm starting get the hang of this AG lark and have got to know what my grains and mash temperatures bring to the brew, so I'm going to experiment with some diferent hops. A Saaz brew and a goldings brew... And maybe a Belgo-Anglais Franken-brew mwaa haaw haaw. Just playing around realy.
