I've made a batch of Woodforde's Norfolk Nog and at present it looks like it's finished fermenting, surprising as it's only been in the FV for a week at 20deg C. Here's where I need help, I very, very stupidly threw out the carton that had the instructions on it and I'm almost positive it stated that the finishing gravity should be about 1.014 which is where mine is sitting right now. Can anyone please corroborate this final gravity please?

I’d give it couple of days and recheck the gravity. Once it has been stable for 3 days then it has finished fermenting, not when it attains a magic number predicted by the instructions. In the meantime the viable yeast remaining in suspension have turned their attention to cleaning up fermentation byproducts which helps condition the final beer.
