Anyone watch Oz and Hugh last night and the offal stout? :sick: :sick: Perhaps this is one for our own tubby shaw to try and brew :rofl: :rofl:

It reminded me of a recipe I have in some old copy of a homebrewing magazine from the 70s 'cock ale' (heh heh heh) made with the giblets of your sunday roast bird. Yuck.
I thought the meantime brewery bit was good. He annoyed me with his surprise that 'homebrew' was good quality. Oz Clarks a bit of an ****, or is it an act?

Yes i watched it, very good programme, not sure about the offal stout though :sick: my brewer mate Ed, suggested a couple of weeks back that we try a meat beer :sick: , told him he's alone on that one
