Odd town/street name combination

There's a St Gregory's Back Alley in Norwich

Has to be a one way street

On the way up through Northumberland on the A1, there is a village called Shilbottle and the sign is regulary defaced.
You can guess what letter gets adapted.

I lived in Nottingham for 17 years or so and in Hyson Green my mate lived in a bock of flats on ' pleasant row '. Someone had scribbled out the first word and replaced it with 'death'.

Given the areas reputation at the time (the 90's - there was a crack war going on there with associated gun crime) this seemed apt, and in fact it stayed like that for many a year.

There is a village in Donegal called Muff. There is a petrol station in said village branded Top. There used to be a advert sign on the Derry side of the border to Top Muff.

In a town near the place I live, the police station is on a street named The Strong Arm (literal translatiom from Dutch)

Place nearby where I grew up was named Enter.
And I think that's the most neutral entry here so far

Checking that place in Google Maps I found a hamlet just north of Enter called Rectum!
So I can imagine why GerritT refered to Enter in stead of that hamlet!
