You normally get a rebate after the fact. Often takes a few weeks to come though. But worth contacting them. They were very quick to respond in my cases

Quickest way is Twitter, if you just post your problem in their feed they'll reply almost immediately, get your details and sort it out. Whoever they have manning it seems to have access to everything in my experience.

You'll still get billed for the electricity used, but you should be able to see the rebate for the 2 hours in your billing screen (they do say this is the way it works in their T&C's)

It's the time of year where Octopus Agile is anything but!

I see it's now capped at 99.99p a unit and it's sat there a fair bit this week.
