Where is it leaking exactly?

Where the spout meets the tap. Works perfectly with the other tap.

Must be a bad thread on the spout if you have it on tight and it leaks when you pour.

There must be an O ting inside, at the end of the thread.

Yeah the o ring is there. Just strange how it works on one but not the other. Both normal spouts don't leak but I haven't tried switching them around. That might tell me something.

Could it be the extra pressure that is forcing the leak? The PSI is about 35 from the nitro tank.

I got the tap and spout from the same place so I have asked them for their thoughts on this.

Well don't I feel foolish. I have been in communication with a supplier I thought I got both products off. Turns out I got neither from them. I got the tap from a UK supplier and the spout from Ali Express. Although the spout was from the Kegland store and said it was a genuine Nukatap part.

The fact that the spout works with the flow control unit with zero issues, makes me think there is something wrong with the other tap. Although it works just fine with the standard spout. This is somewhat confusing.
