Regular.
I've got a packet of nottingham yeast and on the back it gives a pitching rate of one gram per litre, up until I read the back I assumed that one packet would be enough for 23litres but now not so sure. The beer I am making is probably going to have an OG of 1.045 Can any notty users out there let me know how much they usually pitch.
