Not quite a noob....

Did my first kit back in 1992 and played around with the occaisional one gallon brew from time to time ever since but, in the last four years, have been making Country Wines with locally found hedgerow fruit (At the moment got 7 gallons of wine, and four of Mead bubbling away). Also do the odd batch of extract Beer. (Never bothered with a kit, just 3.18kg tub of Malt Extract to a five gallon fermenter with whatever hops I happen to fancy.)

Looking to improve my technique, pick up tips, recipes, experiment with AG Brewing and generally chat.
