Hi all,

I've just come to try my latest brew of Coopers Aussie lager and all the bottles are lifeless and flat. The first fermentation went as expected and was racked off promptly with enough priming sugar.

Am I right in thinking the problem is probably caused by the secondary fermentation failing due to me not storing the bottles at a high enough temperature?

Sounds like you've answered your own question Gaz.
Bring in the warm for a week and crack one to see how their going.

Cheers Sean,

Is there anything I can do about it at this point or do I just have to treat it as a lesson learnt and move on?

They taste OK so drinking a few pints of flat lager won't be the end of the world, they certainly won't go to waste!!!

Gaz, give them a week in the warm and hopefully the yeast will wake up and start carbonating them for you.
