Hi guys, just a quick update on my St Peters golden ale brew I bottled it 2 weeks ago left it in a warmish place then chucked a couple in the fridge Friday drank them (4) yesterday and I'm well pleased with the taste ,carbonation and very clear. Not quite a session beer cuz after 4 bottles I was slightly tipsy lol. I bottled my festival old Suffolk strong ale on Saturday so in a couple of weeks time when I've drunk my St Peters I'll have some empty bottles to put it in .

I have my first non bubbling brew. I have a theory that my fermenter was damaged last year by my last brew. It got a bit carried away and popped the lid off. There is a slight buckle on the lid, which may be allowing co2 to escape. I can see it's frothed a little inside. It's in a warm place, 20deg. Did everything by the book. Not my first rodeo. I shall give it 11 days total, and bottle in plastic, and taste it before. Fingers crossed it's ok.
