Just polished off the last of my raspberry kit beer (Brewferm) that turned out much better than expected. This was my first foray back into brewing since making a few dodgy lager/wine kits as a student!
Bouyed by minor success, I'd like to try another fruit beer or two, but maybe a little bit more hands on than the kits. Is it possible to use a beer/lager kit and add in cherries/raspberries myself to make a fruit beer?
I have a brewbarrel and then a few demijohns that I thought I could try different recipes/fruits in?
