Like this forum alot. I am just starting out on my own attempts at brewing, up till now I have been happily supplied by my dad, but want to do my own thing so I can brew what I like. Am a big fan of belgian style beers, but I understand that's a bit ambitious for a beginner!

Am a big fan of belgian style beers, but I understand that's a bit ambitious for a beginner!

Personally I've always prefered their waffles and chocolates but if their beer is what interests you, you're in the right place.

Don't let your dad pull the wool over your eyes. I've tasted the Belgium beers he brews from the kits and they are very good so just give it a go.
