hi all knave here just started a wine kit i got for christmas and found this forum very helpful so thought id join to see what more hints i can get
 
well thanks for the welcome, my first brew is coming up to a full day of work and getting a steady flow of bubbles through the airlock at a rate of one every 10 seconds not sure if that slow or fast ? but its looking good
