Hi home brewers, I'm Neil from Penzance, I'm on my sixth homebrew but am still learning. I'm mainly interested in real ales, I'll be using kits until I'm confident enough to make a REAL ale from scratch. Great forum, glad to be a part of the family :drunk:

Hi All, has anyone brewed the Coopers real ale? I should have mine by the weekend. I read that all you need is 1Kg of brewing sugar. Has anyone used anything else like light spray-malt? Would love to hear any idea's.
