Hi first time trying started on the Monday bubbler going like a good in but won’t be home to start second phase till Sunday it’s the 7 day kit will the extra day/days be ok thanks Doug

Take no notice of kits that claim to be ready in 7 days they rarely are, your hydrometer will tell you when its finished fermenting and when you need to move on to the next stage

Well 4 out of 6 not a bad start lost quite a bit on spillage but still pleased with outcome
