newbie wine question

I've seen several recipes that call for fruit juice that was bought. But I had always been told you need to use unpasteurized. So if someone could help me with this I'd love it.
 
Freshly squeezed might give slightly better results than long-life juices, but I use gallons of the stuff and have never had a problem. Just check the ingredients labelling and avoid any which contain preservatives.
 
Well Mr. Gamgee I made a Pils from a partial mash kit. Added fresh blueberries I had picked and frozen. And Some spices were dry hopped in. Got the idea from a wonderful blueberry tart my wife makes.
