Once bottled give it a try if it's a bit harsh give it a couple of weeks and try again, there is no exact time for anything home brew.
Thankyou so much , I’ll let you how good or bad it tastes, it didn’t taste too bad at minute , hoping for Xmas wine 😘

I'm too tight to waste wine taking trial jars and far too lazy.
I just let it ferment out till no bubbles then leave it another week 😁

I have been doing the same for years ;)

If you are using an FV you can put the Hydrometer in and leave it in which saves taking samples out.

Waste?! Don’t you pour it back in after you’ve taken a gravity reading?

In the past probably on the og then maybe drank it at fg.
After my lager mistake last weekend i did take a sample and pour it back in.
I might make it a habit of taking samples in future.
I think the main worry for me has been the less messing about with it the less chance of infection.

Look what I made all by myself 🤣 tastes good too 👏🏼😘

I bought some of those shrink wrap tops 10yrs ago they are still unopened.
Brings home again the value of a nicely presented bottle.

Excellent presentation Jojow
