Hello From Texas,

Since my plans are to retire in the Somerset area, I thought I would officially join the HBF. I've been brewing for the last 30 years and know my way around a kettle and a mash tun. I currently have a Braumeister and a Grainfather. I prefer traditional Ales and lagers. However, I'm trying to adjust to the warmer and less carbonated options being served there. For the last 6 years during Christmas (exept 2020), I've traveled to London for Christmas. I'm always interested in going to pubs while I'm there.

If available, I may even try and attend some of the London area homebrew clubs remotely. Looking forward to the conversations.
